I have a realistic approach when it comes to fitness and I strongly believe in having a well balanced lifestyle. We are all human and not perfect, so it's ok to have an extra slice of pizza or stay out late with friends for a few drinks. Dexter Saldana is a sports and fitness enthusiast who enjoys boxing, playing basketball, and biking leisurely. He has a sports background in both basketball and football. His fitness career began as a member of the globally recognized brand Equinox Fitness. As part of Equinox Tribeca and Equinox Printing House clubs, Dexter acquired multiple certifications while continuing his education courses in various areas of fitness.
After almost a decade at Equinox, it seemed a good time to transition his business into the next step. With the knowledge and experience gained, he saw an opportunity to provide a more personalized experience for his clients: traveling to residential facilities and training at private gyms around Manhattan. Dexter specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, functional training, and general fitness.
